Q: How can you charge such
a small amount of money for your movies?
A: We make our movies for the
highest budgets we can afford, but still we aren't a big-budget
company. Since, we are catering our work to fans of
independent horror features, however, we refuse to charge
anymore than the bare minimum to make our money back, plus profit.
Besides, if we keep the tapes affordable, you can order more than one!
Q: Why don't you shoot on film instead of
high quality S-VHS?
A: Film is very expensive and,
though we have formal training in film, we would rather shoot
high quality stories on high-quality video, and pass the savings on to you.
Q: Where do you get your stories?
A: We have a room filled with a thousand
monkeys and a thousand typewriters...Actually, all of the stories come from the
mind of Steve Bentley, and it must be pretty twisted in there, huh?
Q: How long will it take to get my movies
once they are ordered?
A: We ship your tape as soon as
your check or money order clears through the US Postal Service. If
you would like faster delivery we can ship express, but it costs more. Sorry. We
tell everyone that it takes 4-6 weeks for delivery, but so far it hasn't taken
us that long. Tapes are sent through the U.S. Postal Service but if requested
(and you are willing to pay the higher price) we can send priority, which does
require a signature as proof of receipt.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Personal Check, Money Order, and we are
working to get a secure credit card service. Please, do NOT send cash. No COD's
either. Sorry.
Q: What about returns?
A: If you receive a tape with a
fault, or which is damaged in some way, we will replace it free
of charge. You need only return the damaged/faulted tape within
30 days and we will exchange it. We do not make any guarantees
about personal taste (sorry, but if you just don't like a
movie, we will not give a refund. However, no one has
EVER complained about this!).
Q: Are your movies really any good?
A: We are biased, of course, but, yes our
movies are GREAT! Take a chance, be entertained.
